I want to come in for a session, whats the easiest way to book?

The quickest and easiest way to book an appointment will be to visit our site soundmindandbodywellness.com and click the "book" tab anywhere on the page. This will lead you to our easy booking system where you can view all therapists and available times. If you are unable to book online please give us a call at 727-373-6732 and someone from our team will be more than happy to assist.
All bookings require payment upfront. A card on file is required to reserve your appointment, this is our company's policy.
What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your appointment without charge if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations without 3 hour notice may result in a $35.00 charge for your session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you. No shows may result in a full charge for that session.
Are you open on Sundays?

SMBW is open Wednesday - Friday 11:00am-7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-7:00pm and closed Sunday-Tuesday.
How do I book a couples massage?

To book a couples massage simply book the same service individually for you and your partner with the same time. There will be options to select a therapist for each appointment.
